Would it be possible to charge and heal a clix. I know you couldn't use running shot, due to you have to be next to clix to use support.

Nope! Charge gets you a free close combat action after movement and support requires a power action.

Evilsin, you might want to be a little more exacting in your example for your question. Where Landoman is correct you can also use charge and steal energy at the same time to charge and heal.
