AvX Magik Teleportation Discs

Hi well I'm new here (and a noob in the game) I used the search funtion on the forum and couldn't find some answer for this, When you use the Teleportation Discs trait of Magik on a friendly character:

Unlike carry, you can use the placed character like TK does?
