When a character is affected by Mind Control, any of its powers previously countered remain countered. Powers and abilities that may only be used once per turn, round, or game may be used accordingly per Mind Controller.


So does this mean I can Boomtube Barda after she has already used that power? And what happens if I have 2 Tony Starks, can they each MC Silver centurion to pop out a new torpedo?

However something like Silver Centurion could create a second torpedo.

That's correct.

When character A mind controls character B all "once per..."-game effects are now seen from the perspective of A mind controlling B instead of just B.

And it does not stack if you've got a whole chain of mind controlers. So even if you have a character C mind controling A mind controling B the perspective of any "once per..."-effect on B is still A mind contollling B. So if you have a mind controller with multiple targets you cannot create an infinite loop.
