I cut the sculpt off this piece, put the cd218 Superman one upon it, and repainted him to look like Red Son Superman. The dial/point cost is perfect and appropriate. I couldn't be happier.

Because that seems like a reasonable and fair argument... even some scrub 50 point clix figure can be amazing with enough feats and a resource... this seems like a goofy statement.

We need a flying Superman in Traditional Silver/Bronze Age Costume (Red S Logo in Yellow Shield; Red Trunks with Yellow Belt; Red Boots; and Yellow S Logo on Cape). We do not have a flying Superman in Traditional Costume with an Oreo Dial yet.

I want the sculpt to be highly detailed and slightly more muscular sculpt, and a dial that would be indicative of the Superman who beat Doomsday in the Aftermath. I am thinking one that can be played at 275 and 300 or 300 and 325.

Maybe even have a variant in the same set, that could be played at 300 and 350, that includes a Special Power or Trait, that allows him to counter Traits and Team Abilities. Why. Because, I just think he should be able to beat Thanos.

By the way, can someone offer a higher than 300 point winning record team, that was all Carded figures and using this SM Superman on his 300 point dial?

I still play this Superman even though I've got the TW Superman who is arguably just better and for the points definitely better for game play. But I love the 80s & 90s Superman that could move planets a fight Doomsday, and be the only member of the JL and Avengers left at the end of the (admittedly weak crossover) to save the day. This sculpt would have been soooo much better if he were breaking out of the green chains like he was on the cover of the Kryptonite no more comic, which is where I imagine they took this sculpt from. Although I'd still rather see him flying. I want a new version of the classic flight poss they used in CD but still the pre new 52 costume. I've come to accept that unless I'm willing to put in the time money and effort to become a world champion the only place I'm going to get a great looking 90s Superman sculpt is to do my own mod but it would still be nice if wizkids would do it. But I doubt it will ever happen so I'm left with this one, CD or my mods for the 90s Man of Steel.
