Hi sorry if this has been asked before say I use black light to make smoke cloud, it says that it is hindering terrain and I get stealth when I'm next do it, can I be targeted by a ranged attack if it is from a character who ignores hindering terrain?

SMOKE CLOUD
Give this character a power action; place up to 6 hindering terrain markers in distinct, adjacent squares that are all within this character’s range (minimum range value 4). At least one of the terrain markers must be within line of fire when it is placed . The terrain markers remain until the beginning of your next turn. Characters that occupy these terrain markers modify their attack value by -1 unless they can use Smoke Cloud or ignore hindering terrain for line of fire purposes.

Characters who ignore hindering terrain for Line of Fire will ignore the hindering terrain created by smoke cloud.

You'll only be able to benefit from stealth if the line is hindered. The line isn't hindered if they ignore hindering.

Also, as a heads up for future question, you're going to want to quote the special power in question. This one had less to do with Black Light, and more to do with smoke cloud/stealth, so you were good to go
