LEADER OF MEN: Aragorn can use Leadership and adjacent friendly characters can use Willpower. Aragorn can use Perplex, but only to modify the attack values of adjacent friendly characters.
now that i have my laptop up and running again and i can copy and paste stuff im gonna ask a lot of rules questions. here are a couple about t2t Aragorn's willpower granting ability.
1. if a character starts an action, say running shot, adjacent to Aragorn and moves to a non adjacent square, can the character continue to use willpower and ignore pushing damage?
2. if a character starts an action in a non adjacent square and ends its action adjacent to Aragorn can it use willpower then and ignore pushing damage?
thanks in advance for any answers and explanations.
The characters can use Willpower when they are adjacent to Aragorn, so they need to be adjacent to him when the token is given to gain the benefits.
So, to answer your specific questions:
1. Because the character ends his movement in a square that is not adjacent to Aragorn, he can no longer use Willpower and will take pushing damage when the token is applied.
2. Because the character ended his movement adjacent to Aragorn, he can use Willpower and will not take pushing damage when the token is applied.

Now if only there were a way to make Aragorn a giant!
They say the best weapon is one you never have to fire. I respectfully disagree. I prefer the weapon you only have to fire once. That's how Dad did it, that's how America does it, and it's worked out pretty well so far." Robert Downey/Tony Stark

I think you may be misunderstanding the Giant Reach ability.
A Giant considers all squares within 2 squares as adjacent for CLOSE COMBAT purposes only. A character 2 squares away from a Giant Aragorn would not be able to use Willpower.
