So I just had what I thought was a stupidly awesome idea, but after reading and thinking about it, I'm not sure its legal.
If White Light Ring:
Quote
When this character hits a single opposing character with a ranged combat attack, until your next turn, modify target's attack value by -2 and damage value by -1.
is assigned to ASM 021 Electro when he uses his Arc Lightning power:
Quote
ARC LIGHTNING: Give Electro a power action and make a ranged combat attack against a single target using his printed damage value. Each time he hits, after actions resolve, he may then make a ranged combat attack as a free action against another single target as if he occupied the previously hit character's square, replacing his range value with his printed range value minus the number of hits he has made this turn with this power.
would the White Light effects apply to everyone he ends up hitting? I ask because typically if more than one character were hit during the attack then White Light won't trigger. However I'm hoping since during Arc Lightning each attack resolves before the next one is made, that the effects would indeed be legal on each figure. Drop some knowledge on me.

It would be a New ranged attack after each action resolves. It would effect each character hit.
