Correct. Just like you can have the gauntlet or Utility Belt on the same team, as long as it's not on the team base. The Book and the Power Plant very specifically say they are assigned to your entire team.

90% of rules questions are answered by RTFC. Most of the rest are answered by a proper grasp of English and common goddamn sense.
