I still prefer belt. But this is a close second. Giving a character willpower and the ability to wipe TA's keeps the belt #1 for me..

No one at my venue has played this resource in a long time, I just realized that the Green Lantern Battery completely shuts this resource down. You have to give a free action to a character to use a ring and then after that he can't use outwit or any movie and attack abilities after, wow.

The Green Power Battery doesn't shut the Power Plant down, sure it limits you on whether you burn a ring from it or want to do any other free action, but the initial dropping of the rings isn't even an action, and from what I have seen the Green Power Battery isn't being played as much as it was during WoL events. We actually seem to have a wide variety of resources being used at events.

^What he said. The use of a ring requires no action, free or otherwise. Burning a ring for the Outwit or stat bonus is a free action, however.

My favorite resource. Very versatile and strategic, but not overpowered as the BoS and the power batteries. For a resource, seems fairly balanced.

Haha. Someone said the GLPB shuts this down. My Power Plant teams are 4-0 against the GLPB teams I've faced at Worlds.
