Personally, I would never try to click him anti-clockwise, but yeah, he shouldn't be able to go in that direction past Start. I was just trying to point out that in almost every case turning his dial in either direction would result in different powers, not just different Combat Values.

I think a lot of people are reading to much into what others post. I am simply here to help players understand the rules. To read anything else into my posts is unfounded. If I don't know intent then I will and have stated so. If you wish to want to have a discussion about something I am all ears.
