Damage Depletion Modifier
Each time an attack resolves, modify the attacker's damage value by - 1 (minimum 1) until the end of the turn.

LOCKING
Certain replacement values are referred to as “locked.” Locked combat values ignore all other replacement values and modifiers. Whenever
a combat value is calculated and a locked replacement value is applied to it, the locked replacement value is the only replacement or modifier that can affect that combat value, and if a specific number is locked, that number is the only possible result of the calculation. Unless otherwise specified, locked values last until the end of the attack that caused the locked value. If there was no attack in the action that resulted in the locked value, then the locked value lasts until the action resolves unless specified otherwise.

Blades/Claws/Fangs
When this character is given a close combat action, you may roll a d6 after making a successful attack. The result replaces this character's damage value, then that damage value is locked.
A locked value can't be modified, the damage depletion modifier modifies the damage value, so it will have no effect on a locked value. BCF is unaffected by the DDM.

Flurry
Give this character a close combat action. After the close combat attack resolves, it may make a second close combat attack as a free action. The first attack does not activate the Damage Depletion Modifier.
The first attack and second attack are both subject to the DDM, the first attack just won't trigger the DDM to reduce the second attack to a lower value than the first. So, if you attack once previously in the turn and then flurry with that character, the first attack of flurry will be at -1 and the second attack will be at -1 because the first attack of flurry doesn't trigger the DDM. The next attack that character makes will now be at -2, because we count the original attack and the second attack within the flurry (but not the first).
