The power says, "Siryn can use Leadership. When she does and succeeds, she and a character she removed an action token from can use Outwit until your next turn."

I just wanted to verify... if she's not adjacent to a friendly figure when she uses Leadership and gets a 5/6, would she still be able to use OW? I think I'm interpreting it right, but removing a token from a friendly isn't a requirement for her to get OW, is it?

She just has to succeed in leadership to get the outwit. If there isnt another adjacent character then no one else gets outwit, but Siryn still gets it.
