For the first question, Yes, but there is a catch. Although the entity becomes friendly it is already assigned to a character and placed on their card by the time the swap happens. (The entity is placed on the card during force construction giving keywords for potential theme teams.) If you perform a swap with Copycat she will become friendly to the force with the entity and the entity will become friendly to your force.
The Possessor trait will still be active and the dial will still turn so all that you will have accomplished is giving your opponent a Copycat. The Possessor trait that is given is what controls what powers and combat values are chosen. But the choice is made by the controller of the possessed character not the controller of the entity.
Entities are characters and unless the definition of Tactics changes to include characters with the Entity Possession trait they will not be considered Tactics and will be available for No Tactics scenarios.
