Is there a final ruling on Exodus's psychic domination? It is written in 'the final word' here that he doesn't get his 3 attacks from his power but unlike Professor X and Magneto, he has not been errata-ed in the 3rd section of the 2014 player book...

Has it been forgotten and should I just trust the ruling here or did I miss a new ruling for him after the one that was made here a while back just after WatX came out back in 2013?
