Batman is possessed by Entity and is at click 1.
Robin has taken multiple clicks of damage.
Batman and Robin are adjacent

Scenario 1:
Turn 4: Batman has Prob Control.
Turn 5: At the beginning of the turn, Batman chooses to take Flow of Life from entity and heals robin 1 click.

Scenario 2:
Turn 6: At the beginning of the turn, Robin is healed 1 click from Flow of Life.
Still at the beginning of the turn, Batman chooses to take Prob Control.

Are both scenario's valid? Scenario 2 lets Batman use Flow before switching to Prob (Batman gets two use both powers without violating the conditions?)

Scenario 2 sounds fine. Beginning of the turn lasts until you take a non-free action.
