Sorry if this has been asked already, but i couldn't find a post that answered these questions:

1) If i mind control someone on my team who is under the pact, can they then attack? And if they roll a crit miss, does the pact end?

2) Do bystandard tokens count towards the pact? Example: a tentpole and skadis warbot?

1) If the character is under the Pact, it can not attack. Mind Control does not change this.

2) What do you mean by "count towards the pact"?

He means with the new wording would 1 character plus a Bystander automatically break the Pact.

The answer is no. Bystanders are still characters. So if you play Mr. Awesome at 270 points and Skadi's Warbot at 30 points and your opponent elects to Activate the Pact, then Mr. Awesome would not be able to attack.
