Sorry can't paint the power but can the word bubble polka time be used with the to split damage

When this character targets a character with a ranged combat attack along a direct line of fire it may also target every other opposing character within range that's along that direct line of fire, and divide the damage among all hit targets.

Is that correct?

Yes I know rce is against a single target but polka time let's you divide the damage amongst all hit characters is this legal

No, it is not. Polka Time lets you target more characters, like having more printed . Ranged Combat Expert requires you target only one character. You cannot target more than one character with Polka Time if you are using Ranged Combat Expert.
