If I play it at 25 points (autopilot) then place Alfred Pennyworth on its card will it still take a click of damage if it attacks and will it gain its pilot abilitys?

If you pay the Autopilot cost, the Batcycle is in Autopilot mode and will follow the Autopilot rules. It has no Pilot abilities in Autopilot mode as an autopiloted vehicle cannot gain a pilot.

Once you build your force with it in Auto mode it will stay that way the whole time, this can not be changed in game, you would need to rebuild.

Not to mention that it's MUCH better in the piloted and is totally worth the extra points... unless you need it to carry 2 figures around.
Although if you have 2 of them, you could have one piloted and 1 auto-piloted, too.

Yeah I can't imagine ever playing in auto. FF Alfred for 75 points of sweet. And the Bats that goes with just gives so much attack mobility I can't wait to play them.

Totally true. I think I only played with the Batman that came with it once... after that, I realized I didn't use the Batman on it at all and it seemed kind of pointless to have such a good figure stuck in there so I've put the cheaper fodder on ever since.
Sadly, I didn't think about using the Alfred Bystander until after the Watch List said Bystanders couldn't be pilots and I meant to play the Batcycle with the Utility Belt to see how nasty it would be, but I kept forgetting until after the Watch List kicked in. Sigh...

If you want to field an Alfred, I prefer bm031 Alfred Pennyworth. Perplex with a Range 4 Support is well worth the extra 17 points.

Total point cost 300.

Unless you are running him mostly to pilot, need the points, and want nice support toward the end after bike is ko'd. Healing and +1 to D is not bad nearing the end.


Looks nice. I just looked at units and it doesn't show any keywords for mite. Does he have any?

Sadly no keywords on him and the bats only have animal
