ORIGINS OF THE DARK KNIGHT: Batman can use Incapacitate. If he has KO'd an opposing character this game, when he uses Incapacitate, he may also deal his printed damage value, divided any way you choose among the hit targets.


If you have a special incapacitate like this that lets you deal damage would you still take critical miss damage from the attack?


Normally incapacitate is an attack that deals no damage and there doest cause critical hit or critical miss damage.

It would still be a "no damage" attack, so no crit miss damage would be dealt.

There are other situations where a "no damage" attack deals damage, so this isn't anything unique.
