I need to print out the whole book or the Changes. I got a deadpool starter there was no new rule book. What starter do I need to get for a 2014 rules book?

Deadpool wasn't a starter, it was a Fast Forces pack. No Powers and Abilities Card, no tokens, no Rule book, slightly cheeper price.

The next starter, I think, is the Guardians of the Galaxy Movie starter. That should have the newest rulebook and PAC unless there is a muck up like the Captain America Winter Solider starter.

I asked in another thread, and the PAC in GOTG is the latest version.

Confirmed. I have this in hand. PAC, Core Rule Book, dice (not custom), figures, pogs, object tokens and terrain tokens.
