New guys can get rules right just as easily as old players can get them wrong. Just try to point it out at some point other than during a game. The discussion may take a little time and you generally don't want to slow a game down when it's avoidable. When you point it out, try to snag the Judge before the next game starts.

That's why i'm doing this, trying to get it resolved before the weekend event :P
