If you use Toy man, you can make a few teams that are only 4-15 points shy of a solid hundred, though why you need a solid hundred is beyond me. I created this team, all from the main set:
Lex 150
Giganta 110
Bizarro @ 100
Riddler 55
Toyman 81
Comes to 496. That's not a bad run, and other combinations are possible too. You can add in ATAs or different toys to change the build total if you want more or less.

Riddle me this, are you as good as Batman? Do it again, but don't include Toyman!

He's sooo good. Great support piece. Let him stay protected in hindering terrain in my starting area for sealed and let him perplex from there while Superboy knocked em down and sensor girl was there in case I missed a Role. Great game!

Brilliant Tactician would do no good on Riddler as he can only target opposing characters with his perplex.

I was thinking something with the Yellow Lantern Battery or Blue on this guy might be good. But I might be misreading how it works. Halp plz

Riddler would ignore the perplex gained via either ring because he already has it. Good thought though

He's such a wonderful drain on your opponent every turn... from their speed values for their early moves to their damage values when they attack. From the shadows he can pick away at soft targets or drop smoke to hamper attack values (which can stack nicely with his Perplex), but his main combat utility is in being annoying to land a hit on... and their reward for hitting you is that you get Outwit and L/C to run away with!

Actually (RE the ring question), I think he could use the ring's Perplex OR his own, but the ring's Perplex would have the usual range limitation.

absolutely love this piece! as stated in other posts his stealth, shape change, super senses and ofcourse the perplex trait make him such a pain for the team across from him. even though it is not themed, i like to use him with president lex luthor to be able to -2 a defense. makes those 20's a little more managable. i try to field him every chance possible.
