So I'm joining my local store's tourney this saturday.
here is the format:
Silver Age Format, 500 pts, Open, Constructed
at least 1 figure on your team has to be Batman or has Gotham City keyword printed Ta related to the batman
only utility belt and it's items is allowed for resources or relics

so here's the team i was planning to use:

=total of 490pts

the strategy:
deadshot with support of 2 weasels, sercy, and enchantress waits at starting point.
Deadshot +2 spec enchance by weasels+ RCE +2 to damage+perplex up damage from sercy and maybe scarlet witch= 10 range, 14 attack, 8 or 9 damage , energy explosion, with 3x prob control backup from deadshot himself, or enchantress/scarlet witch and sis sercy.

Karu-sil acts as secondary attacker if the opponent comes close.

and the thing that would maybe make the opponent willingly come close enough for deadshot, Donald Blake at the back using support on the 25 point bizarro. i mean who wants to go against a stacked up bizarro right? so they have to come close or i'll just keep using support on bizarro.

im thinking of replacing karu-sil with a good outwitter, any suggestions? ill have 105 points free if i take karu-sil out.

Since you're not running a themed team, my choice would be Roy Raymond, Jr., for Outsiders TA and Outwit that counters the same power on all opposing characters. That leaves 31 point for an upgrade on someone else.

If you switched up the build with a Gotham City theme (depending on your collection), I'd run something like this:

Put the UB on SuperBat, as he gains Stealth through the Cowl.

Free movement with the ATA; Robin can use RS+Incap to move 4 squares after actions resolve, repositioning the target.

I have a couple quick thoughts about your plan.

A) I would use Switch over Enchantress. It sounds like you have a more defensive plan in mind. So, Enchantress' TK is not a necessity. Switch offers Barrier which is always beneficial while waiting for someone to approach. Also, an extra Perplex always helps any situation and if needed Switch had P/PB for a bit of offense.

B) Donald Blake only costs 33 points and even if you use Support on a 25 point Bizarro, he will never gain more than one Orrizab token. ME AM NOT BIZARRO!: Bizarro costs 25 points for each Orrazib token you place on his card, up to 12 tokens. When Bizarro takes damage, remove one Orrazib token from his card. When Bizarro is healed, add one Orrazib token to his card (no more than the initial amount). When there are no Orrazib tokens on this card, KO Bizarro. At the beginning of your turn, roll a d6 and click Bizarro that many times. This ability can't be ignored.
