So I'm playing in a 400pt Golden tournament tonight that allows Relics/Resources, but no feats/BFC/ATAs - I'm currently thinking:

CA056 Squirrel Girl
DP002 Headpool

I basically want to play a team that's pesty and could shut down strategies they're thinking of using.

I don't have access to things other than what is on my have list, so are there things that would work better for being pesty? I'm not horribly concerned with winning, I just want to have some fun with messing around with their team.

Cheap barrier figs (avalanche @19 points w/iceman @26) can be a hassle for grounded figs. If they push you can position then alternate barriers around them. I'd make sure to have at least one smoke cloud figure for a team like that as well because it can work like 6 perplexes on enemy attack values while cutting off movement. Dr Midnite is 25 points with both support and smoke cloud. Using all of these to replace the atom loses some accuracy while healing and raw defense vale, but gives you lots of control over the map and leaves some wiggle room in the points. Also, all of them are attainable for under a dollar if you don't have them.
