If I have a team with a prime and a white witch on it and the witch is able to promote, can I even bring the black witch onto the table? Does her power allow for 2 primes out at once or do you have to start with all regular figs?

That highly depends on whether or not sideboard characters qualify as part of your force. If they do, then you cannot have 2 primes out through her promotion as primes are limited to 1 per force. I'm guessing they do, so its probably a safe bet to assume that you cannot promote the White Witch if a Black Witch is already on your force.

One part CWFF Scarlet Witch, one part Green Lantern Battery. Promote her into Black Witch for increased mayhem. Great in the current meta, but invaluable in a tactics-free environment.

she's absolutely fantastic. strong piece and brings plenty to the table, but man do I wish he had mystics, increased point value and all. the more legionnaires with copyable TAs, the better

Great piece, her movement power can seriously nerf enemy teams and the fact that she's the only legion figure with support help's her earn a place on my legion team's. I do wish they had given her mystics though, if they had then i'd use her all the time.
