The NWI Format, If you didn't already know, the format is 500 points, you can only play commons, uncommons, and rares. I have heard rumors of a team that can deal 36 damage in a turn and I am quite scared, so i need some help forming a team for the event. Now, there are some special rules in play at the event and the way it works is that there are terrain tokens on the map, each turn, you roll a 9 sided die to determine which direction the token will move and it stops when it hits anything. If it hits a character, it bounces into the adjacent square and that character takes 1 penetrating damage and gets an action token.

He changed the format of the ROC or the side event? He can't change the ROC format.
