New rules, replace then modify. 9 Speed charge. First replace: 9 becomes 4.5, round up to 5. Then modify: 5 + 3 = 8.

That doesn't make any sense. Your telling me if I triple perplex a charge of 9(which is five spaces) the result would be 8(four spaces)? So im subtracting from my charge? No. Replace then modify. Im REPLACING 9 with 12 and then modifying it to 6 spaces instead of five. That makes more sense. But this is a game of fine detail. Please help me understand this thank you

I think you're halving twice instead of once. The total charge range is not 4 but 8.

Move 9 *replaced* to 5 then *modified* to 8 so he can charge from 8 squares away. I think you`re interpreting as 8 being the final number and then halving it again which you don't need to do.
