Can we compile a list of Clix that deal out Earthbound/Neutralized?
Not Clix that have it on themselves, but cause it on others.
The only one who comes to mind is wkM-018 Impossible Man:
EVERYTHING GOES HAYWIRE: Give Impossible Man a free action and choose an opposing character within range. Roll his d20 and if a power of the indicated color or a combat ability of the indicated icon can be used by the chosen character, then until your next turn, that character's powers, combat and team abilities are countered, and that character possesses Earthbound/Neutralized. This power can't be countered.
Does anyone know of others? This power would be a great way to quickly deal with those pesky Team Bases and Colossals!
Likewise- I'd like to know more characters who have the Capture Ability, since you can only capture characters with or Combat symbols, this would work really well with Earthbound/Neutralized.
