OK. So I got a Golden Age In-Store Event coming up this weekend. Sounds like the normal House Rules apply:

1.) 400 point Build Total
2.) Theme-teams Only
3.) Figures allowed are from Infinity Challenge to Origin
4.) No ATAs, BFCs, FEATs, Objects, or Resources allowed
5.) Map is 4' x 8' tabletop with miniature-scale buildings

With this in mind, I've put together the team featured on Uncanny X-Men #210, October, 1986:

Storm (Experienced; Xplosion) - 40 points
Colossus (Experienced; Xplosion) - 95 points
Nightcrawler (Unique; Clobberin' Time) - 83 points
Wolverine (Experienced; Universe Starter Set) - 41 points
Soulsword Wielder (Limited Edition; Sinister) - 64 points
Rogue (Experienced; Infinity Challenge) - 77 points
Total Point Value: 400 points

OK. I know I'm not using the mohawked Storm, or the brown-and-tan Wolverine. However, I think it is accurate and a theme-team.

I was thinking of swapping out the Storm I have listed with the Storm from the Danger Room set. Same point values...

Absolutely "Yes" on the Danger Room Storm, even if you lose Leadership. She's on of my favorite 40 point figures in the game.

It pains me to see you use that Colossus... I would personally use the Danger Room one, and once he gets hit past his good clicks, I'd use him as a damage sponge with the X-Men team ability.
