Had a weird thought. What if you used Black Talon to mind control Super Skrull and used the action to choose his powers. Would you still roll for it at the end of your turn? My thinking is no because o the once per turn/game effect going out the window with mind control. And could you then choose more powers? I think yes due to same reasoning. But I cant find a ruling on this. Anyone have any ideas?

T'S HARD TO EMULATE FOUR POWERS WITH HALF MY LIMBS: Give Super Skrull a free action and choose up to one each of standard speed, attack, defense, and damage powers. Super Skrull can use the chosen powers until your next turn. For each power chosen this way, place a Power token on his card. At the end of your turn, roll a d6 that can't be rerolled, and subtract 1 for each Power token on his card and remove all Power tokens from his card. On a result of 1 or less, deal Super Skrull 1 unavoidable damage.
Things of note. You roll every turn, even if you didn't pick a power. If you mind control and pick 8 powers in the turn you have 8 tokens. So you subtract 8 from the roll (auto below 1) so you are taking the damage, but it might be worth it to have all the powers.

that's not necessarily true WizKids has already ruled that the intent is not to roll if you do not pick any powers also such as with Tony Stark mind controlling a silver Centurion it was ruled that he would not be able to add any more tokens onto the card for the second torpedo so I'm wondering how that would work with super scroll in his choosing of powers

you are right. I must have missed this thread. When they have the answer to the most recent question it might shed light on your question. Or they might give him errata saying you can't pick powers while mind controlled.
