So it was brought to my attention that the Batman: No Man's Land Blackgate prison map has one piece of hindering terrain for every four in both starting areas (the bed in each "cell").

Power batteries specifically state in the setup section that it requires four squares of clear terrain (which don't exist on that map's starting area). And WK ruled that in that event, no points are scored and the battery is removed from the game.

Is there anything that I as the player could do about this aside from just winning the roll off?
