Some question about character Blink.

Can Blink use "Blink and You´ll Miss Me" , teleport 8 squares then attack twice with Flurry, then return to the square she occupied when the action began ?

Flurry: Give this character a close combat action. After the close combat attack resolves, it may make a second close combat attack as a free action. The first attack doesn´t activate the Damage Depletion Modifier

Blink and You´ll Miss Me: Give Blink a power action when she has no action tokens. Place her into any square within 8 squares and make a close combat attack. If she hits, you may retuirn her to the square she occupied when the action began.

Blink's ability allows her to make a close combat attack. She must use a close combat action to activate flurry.
