How about, can we all just agree this is a COMIC BOOK interpretation of a stegasaurus/human hybrid? And that since we have no stegasauridae DNA to work with that we therefore have no reasonable expectation of what that mess of genes would look like. And even if we DID have some stegasauridae DNA it would take years to find out what a hybrid remotely close to the perceived aesthetic would look like (assuming there were no pesky ethical barriers in place), because the first several attempts at such an abomination of science would probably look like a cronenbergian hellspawn and would probably die either before or shortly after birth due to some form of anueploidy or some other genetic deficiency. That is of course, assuming we are approaching this from a purely scientific perspective.

Talk about coincidence and date huh? I guess deep down he always knew what he would grow up to be.

Stranger things have happened. Of course it's possible he deliberately chose his career genetics and position with Dr curt Connors because it gave him access to mutagenic chemicals and dinosaur tissue which would keep in theme with his unlikely name.

Then again it's also possible he legally changed his name from something else to Stegron in anticipation of his plans to become a dinosaur man. Some people are just THAT dedicated to a goal.

I'd give him range 1-2, to represent his tail attack. He could also have a "summon dinosaurs" pog power, as that's kinda his schtick.
