The possessed can use his powers not his traits.

Sorry for asking this in the units comment section, but can a possessed character use the SP that eclipso has?

His attack power on the last clicks? Yes.

He's been one of my go-to possessors in the 300pt world. His Impervious/Precision Strike and Invulnerability/Penetrating are great when switching between offensive and defensive positions. I generally don't play him on characters that have dials long enough to utilize his special attack power but BCF and steal energy is a great late dial combo.

Yes, Eclipso would remain Equipped, however the Character would not be able to take advantage of the Effect until he returned to being a Standard Character.
