Yes because it is a replacement value and not a modification.

And damage depletion is not a modification of there damage value it is a reduction to the damage the other character receives.

Damage depletion MODIFIER: Each time an attack resolves, MODIFY the attacker's damage value by -1 (minimum 1) until the end of the turn.

These would not suffer from DDM as they can't be modified lower. Any time a value is said to increase or decrease, this is modifying.

After cracking one brick today I decided to pick up two more boosters and was fortunate to get this figure. Nice to have a playable version of this awesome duo!

This figure showed me no mercy in sealed XD. I did manage to convince the owner to use the World's Finest to smash my 20 point Witch with a Toilet (Heavy Object).

Got him in sealed but also got monsieur mallah so figured that I`ll make a team with monkey instead:) This fig seems to be just powerful enough for the points - I think I`ll play him moslty on his 75 points line but I`ll sure try him out as 200 and 300 points fig:)

My new favorite duo, offers so much at each point value. Love playing them at 75 even though it's only 3 clicks, those clicks are still pretty tight. If you can keep them safe in stealth they will quickly annoy the hell out of your opponent. pulled one and played against another in the same night(the brick The store got where I play at was so hot, 4 super rares a chase and 2 primes) and they were smashing everything.

what ruling are you looking for? if it's about the negative damage on duo attack they don't get it because it is a modifier and obeys the rule of three. and they've already said they can't split/merge. so please elaborate.
