Although your right about his effectiveness increasing because of incap and mind control rules.....he now only takes damage from characters 150 points or less.....he can deal 1 penetrating damage to three opposing characters if they all have two tokens....etc. but even before the change this is a beast of a board control piece. I rule boards with this guy and the right set up/protection.
