I have to agree: The DP Kingpin and DP Bullseye are a wicked combination. The best part is that neither is particularly bother if their teammates block lines-of-fire. I can't rate the Kingpin earns 4-stars for thematic 'feel' and his ability to stick around as a close-combatant, but can't go higher because of his high point value and his need to have extra minions (or BST fodder) to maximize his potential.
Want to team him with im3 killian. Killian gives someone sharpshooter and IT: ignores hindering, then kingpin gives the rce an ps. Both have hydra ta and combined with killians perplex you should never miss an attack. Those two turn anyone into a death machine!
Even though he lacks the Monster keyword, he does have nice chemistry with Headpool on a zombie team, to Mastermind damage to him regardless of where he is on the map, and reduce it to 1 damage.

Why would he have the "monster" keyword? Or fielded on a Zombie team for that matter? He's the living version of Kingpin. You know the one that walked around for years giving Daredevil hell before all this zombie crap became popular. Now there is a zombie kingpin chase....perhaps I misunderstood your post.
I apologize in advance for the cliche but this piece right here in >300 Point Games is just straight GANGSTA! Whether building for Hydra, The Hand Themed Teams or even Assassin Themed Teams, Kingpin is THE linchpin for your force. I suggest pairing him up with an IIM006 Dreadnought for better mobility, Mastermind Fodder and giving him the Omega Drive for some Outwit shenanigans. This guy can make pieces like Bob & Deadpool, Bullseye and even Deathstroke near impossible to defeat. Love this Super Rare and to think, like many I almost Sold/Traded him without even giving it a second thought. Never again ...

Came back to this Fisk while watching Daredevil on Netflix. The Nick Fury Agent of SHIELD set gave him a lot of new friends for Hydra teams- just in the Commons, Hydra Agent H is incredibly well-suited to be his Hit-Person, and Agent Ward ain't bad either.
"If an adjacent friendly character can use at least one of Precision Strike, Ranged Combat Expert, the Sharpshooter ability, or Improved Targeting: Ignores Hindering Terrain, it can use all of them." Question: Does that mean if they can use any of these presently on their dial they can use all of them, or can use at all regardless if the power is currently on the dial?
Not true. His special power only requires that the character be able to use one of the listed powers, they don't have to possess it. So a S.T.A.R. Labs Technician could give anybody Precision Strike and then Kingpin could give them the rest.
My bad, it is indeed true that the power doesn't need to be showing on the dial; however, it has to be a power that the character can CURRENTLY use. This is important since it means that if the character has access to the power later on the dial, or can't currently use the power by any other reason, then it can't benefit from King Pin's generosity. Thanks for the correction
He's far too many points to play such a minor offensive role. The damage power is nice, but requiring adjacency for it to work is severely limiting (when you consider that he's a 118 point investment). The deep dial and the damage reducers are nice, but excessive, when you have a Mastermind Trait. Up until his last couple of clicks, he squared up very poorly against close-combat oriented characters even 50-60 points his junior. It's a cool, unique dial, but he just doesn't impact/influence the game to the degree that a 118 point character should.
