Emma's diamond form always augmented her muscle strength, but none of her other clicks utilized this fact. I don't understand why people can except that Colossus' muscles turning into metal augment his strength, but Emma's turning into diamond, which is harder, doesn't.
On another note, another mutant who's power set includes augmented strength is Wolverine, but since his power set also includes six retractable blades, he gets blades/claws/fangs insted.
this figure is good but for the same points i'd still much rather play the one from the AVX set she seems to bring more to the table for the same points she can't be outwitted, has one more click of life, a full dial of outwit, and she won't keep you from using any other prime figures.
Well Nordles you seem to be right. Both Emma under diamond form and Wolvie can lift up to 2 tons. Which apparently is way under what Colossus can do, but is still no meager task. I had no recalling of Emma using that strength in the comics but I suppose she did sometimes.

We want Nefaria's Ani-Men !!
"POSSESSION: When Butcher is KO'd or if you pay 25 points when building your force, equip this character to a friendly character and link it to that character's dial. (To equip, place this on the standard character's card. The character can use its effects. If the character is KO'd or equipped again, KO the previously equipped game element. A linked dial is always on the same click number as the dial it's linked to.)
EFFECT: At the beginning of your turn or after this character is clicked, you may choose 1 power on the equipped dial and 1 combat value on the equipped dial higher than this character's same printed combat value. This character can use that power and modifies that combat value by +1 until your next turn or clicked. (A character is clicked whenever it is damaged or healed.)"
They also no longer count towards your force as figures, so they don't break theme either.
Straight from the Wizkids Erratas and Clarifications thread on their rules forum: 066 Butcher
[E]Entity Possession When Butcher is KO’d or if you pay 25 points when building your force, equip this character to a friendly character and link it to that character’s dial.
EFFECT: This character has the Red Lantern Corps keyword. At the beginning of your turn or after this character is clicked, you may choose 1 power on the equipped dial and 1 combat value on the equipped dial higher than this character’s same printed combat value. This character can use that power and modifies that combat value by +1 until your next turn or clicked.
Note: "In general, a game element that is equipped to another character is still whatever the game element normally is (Relic, Resource Attachment, Special Object, etc.). The exception is with characters that become equipped items. A character that becomes equipped to another character is no longer considered a character on your force or for any game effects that refer to “characters”. Other than any effects they provide as an equipped item, they would no longer be able to use any of their other powers or abilities. They would, however, be affected by effects that refer to equipped items. Using Eclipso again as an example, if you choose to pay his 25 point cost during construction to equip him to a standard character on your force, he would not count as a character for any other parts of force construction, or later for any game effect that affects “friendly characters”, etc. This means his keywords would not apply to Themed Teams, he could not be assigned ATA’s, he would not count towards your initiative roll, etc.
PLEASE NOTE: Following up on this article, we will be posting an official errata for figures that previously utilized the “Possession” wording (DC Comics HeroClix: War of Light Entities and Marvel HeroClix: Age of Ultron Jocasta) so that they will now be updated to use the new “Equip” language."
sorry, no more keywords. It was major upset to competitive play as many people felt losing keywords like "entity" and "monster" was fine, but why wouldn't ion grant the gl keyword.
You are using a quote from just some guy, who posted something on the internet. Here is the official Errata and Clarification list on the page with the Entities on them. http://win.wizkids.com/bb/viewtopic....d064e&start=10
No, I took the text directly from the wk site, you're looking at an older errata (March 6 last year). I did put up the wrong link tho, it's this one: http://heroclix.com/design-insight/d...#ixzz3rFkFSFg6
From October.
Where in that entire article does it mention the War of Light entities no longer give keywords? The only mention of them is where they say that they will now be updated to the new Equip wording. My link is to the constantly kept up to date Erratas and Clarifications list by Wizkids. Should there be a change to the Errata of the War of Light entities from what is currently there, it would be updated.

Interesting, so your understanding is that the "new equip language" doesn't include anything having to do w the "effect" portion of the trait? I can see that idea. I had the understanding that it was both parts of the trait that would adopt the wording of eclipso's trait, including the lack of giving a keyword. There was also much talk of the keyword portion being what needed to be fixed as using possession w the ring would give the +1 to stats as well as the lantern abilities.
