Question: When building my force, I chose my Robot key-worded figure with REBUILT FROM THE GROUND UP, making the Robot Juston Seyfert's Sentinel. Does this satisfy the requirement to assign the Robot the Re-Programming ATA?

No.

The character chosen as Juston's "Sentinel" does not gain that keyword or have its name modified to include "Sentinel."

Any robots that happen to be Wildcards could copy it, though, I believe.

well, what do you know - the Units section says there are 26 such in existence.

So any figure without the Sentinel keyword would break theme and therefore, you could not use the ATA.

that is true - you could not have a themed team with Juston and Tharok.

which means no use of the ATA

I was responding to the comment about the wildcard (a narrower point), sorry if I made it sound like the ATA could work with those two.

I read you loud and clear. But it seemed the initial question didn't understand (or wasn't thinking about) that one needs a theme team to use an ATA. Your post just gave me an excellent moment to reiterate that point.

Well, you CAN get Juston and Tharok on a theme team, in Modern, if you want to spend 300 points on Magneto chases.
