@wolverazio with revision I want consolidation. E&C will obviously go away temporarily. The PAC should include TA, or all TA's should be printed on card. I know that isn't going to happen with Superior Foes, but I can hope it's in the PAC.
The PAC can not be a dual (or multi-) property document.
I've completed collecting the IC, CT, XP, CM, Ult, MM, FF, AW, Sin, SN, AVE, M&M, SI, HoT, WoS, GSX, CA, IH, GG, AVM, CW, M10th, ASM, IM3, WK11-16, FI, WX, T:DW, CA:WS, IIM, DoFP, DP, GotG, AoUM, AoU, AVAS NFAoS, CACW, UXM, SFoes, DXF, GotG2, ADW, WI, MT T:RM, AI SW:B, EX, ABPI and X:DPAS sets.
Looking to get PR Professor X (W/X-Men) and pre-release "IC" Wolverine.
Or maybe they could release a starter for Marvel and DC that's not a movie tie-in and release a team ability card. I just don't like that I have to go to Wizkids site or a fan created site just to see what the team abilities do. Having them on the cards would be nice, but it doesn't look like there is much room on the back, and some characters might have a load of traits or special powers on the front. I know it's a long shot, but that is one of the things that would be helpful to new and old players

Just a note, mentions don't work on here. So if I or anyone else ever seem to be "ignoring" them, it's because they don't work.
As others have pointed out, Heroclix is at a point where the game can't really support it. The E and C is not just for errata but clarifications; including all clarifications in the rulebook would defeat the purpose of simplifying and streamlining the rules (as clarifications are typically for players that are pushing the limits of what the game can do).
Team Abilities haven't been on the PAC for years and are unlikely to return. It might be nice, but if they manage to expand Heroclix beyond Marvel/DC/Turtles, it's going to only become less and less likely. And that is largely because Licensors don't want to play with each other. If they did, I'm sure Wizkids would love to just print them on the last page of the Rulebook and be done with it.
If there is a collectible game with "competitive" events (ie, people go to a sanctioned tournament and compete for real prizes) that doesn't have these kind of documentation, please tell me. Sadly I think it's just part of that side of the game.
BUT!
If people can buy a starter and learn to play the game without all that extraneous crap (which they can, if they actually streamline and simply the rulebook) I think we're doing okay.

The Ziran interview is still on here (where we got a lot of this info) and I believe that was the catalyst. They realized how badly the rulebook translated as an instructional booklet and that's why they figured it was better to go back and rewrite everything.
And I agree with you. I think people over-estimate how big the Heroclix staff is (let alone, Wizkids staff).

I used the mention so people know who I am talking to. I know it isn't like twitter here.
I guess if there was transparency on what was going on, I would be less inclined to complain.
" Hello I am Tyler. I have a degree in English, I am 24 this is my first job out of college and one of 4 projects I am working on simultaneously for Wizkids is the 2017 rulebook. They sent me to a comic and card shop when I first got here to play the game a few times."
But, seriously a monthly update on the rulebook project from the guy or gal doing the project. Don't think it's too much to ask.
