A friend from Wisconsin (the Dairy State and home of Cheeseheads) used this team:
Mary Jane Watson-Parker
Alfred
Jarvis
Alicia Masters
Intergang Medic
Yukio
Dr. Doom
She would position Yukio by Dr. Doom for Mastermind and Enhancement. Also adjacent to the Dr. was the Intergang Medic. Next to the Medic was Mary Jane. Dr. Doom is placed in hindering terrain.
She announces that Dr. Doom & Mary Jane are copying the Superman Enemy TA (from the Medic) and Outwits 2 of my powers (Dr. Doom outwits my RCE).
Since Dr. Doom is using Superman Enemy, I can see him, so I say I will attack. If she has Dr. Doom copy Batman Ally (from Alfred), I cannot see him and cannot attack, but, since the evil Dr. switched TAs, he loses the Outwit.
BUT, now, since I cannot attack, she wants to switch back and regain the Outwit on my RCE.
I don't think that's right, but I cannot figure out the exact rules to back me up. On the other hand, it doesn't seem right that I can just say I'm going to attack in the hopes of her switching TAs to regain my RCE (if she doesn't switch, I change my mind and don't attack).
Any help on this convoluted mess is appreciated!

The thing that I've always heard is that a Wildcard can use mulitple TAs on a given circumstance. It is not that they use one, then switch, but all are available at the same time. You'd think it would cost more but whoever you're playing is incorporating TAs from other universes, the original unintended use. So Doc Doom could be stealthed (other universe) and if he were to be a target of a close combat attack, he could roll skrull TA, and still be able to outwit (other universe). Hope I made some sense of it. They do call it Wildcard abuse somewhere in these forums.
Outwit can only be used once per turn, and if the figure loses outwit for any reason, it is gone for that turn. Switching TA's loses the outwit for Doom, and trying to 'regain' it just because he got outwit back would be a second use of outwit. Just as if a figure outwitted something, pushed to take an action, losing outwit, and then got healed.
If she switches TAs after having used the Superman Enemy ability, she can't re-outwit anything until the following turn.
"All you need to do to be a non-conformist is dress exactly like we do, and listen to the same music we do."
First off - you can only Outwit on your turn. Once she switches TA's - Outwit is gone until the next turn.
Second - Wildcard's can change TA's once per action. What that means is, you target Doom with a ranged attack. She says Doom is using the Batman TA.
(just as an example) You then decide to Charge. She says Doom is now using the Mystics TA.
As long as you keep changing your action - so can the Wildcard.
But once you Charge - she can't switch it to Fantastic Four and get the benefit of dealing a click to damage to you via Mystics and healing any fellow Fantastic Four members a click by being KO'd.
Hope that makes sense.
Visible Dials and Pushing Damage need to be optional. This is the way.
In the FAQ (you have to go to the Marvel, DC, or Indy FAQ. It isn't in the General one, I don't think), it states:
"A “wild card” character can use only one team ability per action. If an opponent declares an action that cannot then be made (say, by your character copying a team ability that would prevent that character from being a target), your opponent must declare a different action. This is treated as a separate action, and the character can choose to copy a different team ability."
So in your scenario, when Doom switches from Superman Enemy to Batman Ally, he would have to loose his Outwit. Since outwit no longer negates a power once outwit is lost, your Ranged Combat Expert comes back. If Doom then tries to go back to Superman Enemy, and regains his outwit, you get to keep your RCE. The description of Outwit states that "If this character loses Outwit or is KOd, the countered power returns immediately." Since a player can only outwit a power on their own turn, they can't re-outwit your powers on your turn.
There are no clauses in the FAQ for Outwit being lost, then regained. There is only a clause for an outwitted power being lost and regained.
