So I'll be playing a casual game with a bunch of my friends tomorrow and I wanted some opinions on the team I decided on.

Team Size: 366 pts (we rolled 3 dice for that #)


Like I said, it's a casual game so all clix are allowed, although I don't want to break the theme I'm going for

I decided on a S.H.I.E.L.D. keyword team equaling to 363 pts:











I couldn't decide on which support piece to use, Druid or Brother Voodoo, so I checked to see if there were any strong ranged attackers that I own that could make use of Druid's ranged combat attack enhancements. Upon reading WS's card, I knew that was my guy. And after finding all the guys I wanted to use I threw in the Omega drive which adds on to Winter Soldier's 10-range outwit. I plan to just have Druid and WS sit back and snipe players through walls for massive penetrating damage all while being able to outwit anything (and I do mean anything) that I deem annoying. Also, since I only get 3 actions a turn I thought it would be a good idea to stagger actions between WS and Druid so that the pair can always do something every turn, be it Druid passively buffing WS for a snipe or Druid throwing up a barrier while WS clears.

As for the remaining 168 pts, I knew that I'll probably need a couple foot soldiers to lock up anyone that tries to run at WS/Druid. My first thought was this guy at 100 pts:



but all I really had that I could throw in with him was this one



and I don't know if she'll be sticky enough.

So I decided to go for the Spider-Woman/She-Hulk duo. They both serve similar purposes but I felt this pair was more well-rounded.

But yeah, that's the team I made, any thoughts? Would that Omega Drive serve better on SW or SH? Would the Hulk/Peggy duo work better? Is my team missing something? Let me know! Thanks!

I love trying to build theme teams that work. Also, I love that Hulk. If you have the pieces you could run a few Shield Recruits as tie-up pieces.



Although, I do love that Peggy Carter.

Also, this team would be cool on a map like the new premium Wizkids Office map. Tons of walls that you could outwit through, maneuver around and then have either Hulk smash through or have Druid free action IT: Blocking onto WS or Spider-woman.

If I win the initiative role, I'll probably choose to play on Nick Fury's Hideout. It's the most cramped map I have.
