I am getting into DC I have played Marvel since the begining. I just bought my first 3 boosters of DC and got
U Superman#130
U Darkseid#123

I am also buying "Our Worlds at War" Superman

I have a tourny in 1 month and need a good team

1) Are these 3 Uniques good?
2) What figs could I get to support any of them in a 400 point?
3) What is the best team to play with?
4) I like batman villians ALOT is it worth making a batman villian team?
5) What would be the best 400 point batman villian team?

Ok then. Well, the Unique Superman you speak of is the Black Costumed one. He is superman in all his glory... for two clicks and then becomes a flying Force Blaster. So as long as you plan on keeping him healed he could be the power you need. Though really the cost and power of Supes is in his TA so Wildcards would be needed.

Um Darkseid is amazing with the right support. He is a cannon with a mind that uses his fists later. Plus he has a crud load of outwit. He is the DC's God of destruction after all.

OWAW Supes is amazing. Very costly and best used in 500 or above point levels. But worth his weight.

#3) What is the best team to play with? Very broad question typically the easiest team to play with is a Batman family team with a little help from ether Deathstroke or GArrow.

#4) Batman Villians = extremely hard to use. Now that perplexed attack values are no longer allowed to be copied with their TA (only their unmodified values... think Sinster Syndicate) You will find that harley Quinn is the cheapest DC perplexer, Vt. Bane and Vt. Clayface have the highest attack value.

#5) See above...

My advice. Go ahead and grab a DC premier starter set. You know that big box with extra maps that you don't need and etc. The thing about premier sets is all the figures on the box are what you get. Among others you will get:

Ex. Batman
Vt. Robin
Rk. Huntress
Vt. Aquaman
Rk. Harley Quinn (again cheapest perplexer)
others that aren't so horrible.

Anyway these five figures are kinda staples in DC. Especially the first two. So it's not exactly a waste to either get these figs... or just get the box set (whichever is easiest for you)

Supes

Well, if you can fit it, OWAW will just be a beat stick. But if you are point conservitive, Darkseid is the way to go. With PB, those 3 clicks will hit almost anything.

Certainly not the best team, but the fact that it is made mostly of nons should make it easier to complete. Use Fatality to TK Cheetah out against any outwitters. Don't worry, Cheetah gets L/C later on so she can retreat back to the medic easily. Once the outwit'ers are gone, send Starfire w/ her RS with Darkseid to start whacking away (Don't forget to use Perplex when using RS). Alas Darkseid can't do a thing (NAAT) so next turn have him PB (perplex it up) at a heavy hitter like Bane or Swampthing. Let starfire rest and bring Fatality up into battle.

3 double incap'ers all with 9AV+. One with 10 range (GA), 8 range (NW), and 6 (Bats). With this many incapers there is no reason why you should let anyone near your figures unless you want them too. Atom is just a great piece to have 20 DV, perplex, stealth and JLA make him the best tie up piece for DC. Icap opponent figures, alternate accordingly so you don't push. Don't worry about pushing with Batman, duel outwitters, and just let Superman come right up, charge with an object and whack, again perplx up during charge.

Best if used outdoors. Start Cosmic boy and Superman in soaring. Don't tell anyone, because usually they pay little or no attention to the flight stand, this give Cosmic Boy a little defense until they try to attack from 10 squares away and can't because they need to be 5 squares away. It works both ways too, Harley needs to be 5 squares away to perplex up his HSS attack. Send Cheetah on a suicide mission to destroy support (outwit, support, pc, whichever). While Superman tries to hit for 4 each time. Use Huntress as a shield and just do a repeated sling shot. TK out, fire, run back into soaring next to Cosmic Boy. Hope these teams help.

Do you have any suggestions for this team if we don't have an Atom? I just got the U Superman, mostly to fill out my collection, but I do like to play with the figs even if they aren't very good.
I don't have an Atom, but I was thinking of replacing that fig with E Deathstroke, but I thought the triple Outwit may be too cheesey. Any other suggestions?
