STRONGEST OF THE OLYMPIANS: Hercules can use Super Strength, but can't drop objects. If Hercules occupies hindering terrain at the begining of your turn and isn't holding an object, you may roll a d6 and give him a standard object from outside the game. On a result of 1-4, this is a light object; on a result of 5-6, this is a heavy object.

Give Donatello a power action when he is adjacent to an object or a character holding an object. Remove that object from the game and all friendly characters with the TMNT keyword modify their attack values by +1 until one of those characters hits an opposing character.

The object is removed. Hercules trait specifically says that he can't drop objects, but Donatello isn't forcing him to drop it. He's removing it from the game.
