Since HSS allows you to not have to stop movement when basing an enemy fig, you can do what you outlined above.
FYI a flying Charger could do the same thing (sort of...when movement ends the CC attack is made). Fliers have to break away but otherwise can freely move around opposing pieces.
Charge
• A character using Charge may attack after picking up an object.
• A character using Charge with Super Strength cannot pick up an object as it moves into a
square adjacent to an opposing character, unless the Charging character has another power or
ability that allows it to ignore the effects of other opposing characters on movement.

What he said.
And, YES, you may 'YOINK' an object from under a figure and smack them with it if you have HSS and Super STrength on the same click.
If an opponent is on top of an object, can OWAW Superman use HSS, pick up the object he is standing on, hit him with it, and then fly away?
I believe that with charge, your action would stop when you pick up the object. Correct?
You've already gotten a clear yes for that first part, but let me help clarify the second. In all examples, you hope to attack Black Panther, who is on an object.
She-Hulk has Charge. She can move adjacent to Panther, which will end her movement; because her movement has ended, she is unable to pick up an object at this point. Now that her movement has ended, however, she may use her free close combat action to attack BP, simply without the object.
Warbird has Charge. She can move adjacent to Panther, which will not end her movement, because she has flying; because her movement has not been forcefully ended, she may still pick up BP's object at this point. When her movement actually is ended, she may use her free close combat action to attack BP, and will use the object as well to clock him thoroughly.
Flash has HSS, and we will act as if he has Super Strength for this example. He may move adjacent to Panther, which will not end his movement, because he has HSS; because his movement has not been forcefully ended, he may still pick up BP's object at this point. The fact that he is still moving means he may also make his one free ranged or close combat attack. Let's say he decides to attack BP with close combat, which means he uses the object as well to clock him thoroughly.
OWAW Superman, having both HSS and flight, actually has two reasons for his movement to not be forcibly ended when coming adjacent to an opposing figure.
