sorry if this was answered already, per the damage power it says hit characters are given a token after actions resolve. If I dual target, hit two characters but assign damage to only one, does the undamaged character still count as being hit for the purposes of the damage power?
Well the bank won't give me credit because i'm a bad risk and I don't pay my bills on time. So I have to work for what I have!
That's not true. According to the second paragraph on page 12 of the rule book you do not have to assign damage to each target after making an attack that has multiple targets. You may assign zero or any non fractional amount as long as all of the damage is dealt to one of the targeted figures.
The toes you step on today may be attached to the ass you have to kiss tomorrow...
While this is a fantastic piece and most definitely deserving of 5 stars, he may be in fact too effective. Every time I've played him my opponent has gone out of their way to KO this dude fast and hard, giving me very little opportunity to really try this guy out in the 5 events I've played him at.
Still, knowing the potential this piece has combined with that gorgeous sculpt means I will continue to play and lose miserably with him

Question. If he uses running shot and moves through a character, but targets another character with a ranged attack, how can he make a close combat attack? Does he not need to be adjacent to the character he moved through? Its my understanding that while he does ignore characters for movement, he doesn't for targeting and you cant make a ranged attack with adjacent to a character so he would have to be at least 1 empty square away from anyone to running shot ranged attack and wouldn't be able to make the free close attack to the character he moved through since there's no way for him to get adjacent to that character.
It is more efficient to ask rules questions in the rules forum, as the people good at rules do not monitor units.
It was ruled that this Iceman & the uncommon Juggernaut can make the close attack regardless of adjacency. I don't know if they did it by errata or just ruling, but that's what it is. They have also ruled that Zombie Abraham Lincoln, who uses similar wording, does not allow close attacks "regardless of adjacency." It makes me grind my teeth so hard...
Non-binary. Please refer to me in "they/them" pronouns. Thank you.
