Ok, fine, the E&C thread is good.

It would be great if:

1. it was a downloadable PDF
2. with a time/date stamp and/or version numbering
3. with red/bold to emphasize changes since the last release/update

Yes, the E&C thread is helpful, but ... the hidden edits, it's sprawling, it's hard to download into a useable (for a judge, in an event, w/o his or her phone) format.

I'm here to solve your woes.

1. There is an option to look at the thread in print view. From there, you can print to PDF (or just literally print a physical copy). Done.
2. I agree and have said this since the beginning. It's not a problem once it's "done" but it is a problem when things change. They've gotten better about it but still are far from perfect.
3. It's better for us but I think they want to avoid it. For political reasons.

The sprawling is never going to change, though. That was the same problem with the Player's Guide and until we get some of the base concepts into a new rule book (and perhaps, even then) it's always going to be sprawling.

But at least I fixed the PDF issue for you.
