Didn't see this when I used the search function here on the realms. I'm pretty sure I know the answer, Just trying to prove it to someone else. So if BGA and the fig he is protecting are in the AoE of Pulse Wave, his World's Greatest Archery Target is ignored , correct? As would his Bizarro RCE?

ME THE WORLD'S GREATEST ARCHERY TARGET:#When an adjacent friendly character would be targeted by a ranged attack, Bizarro Green Arrow becomes the target instead even if he would be an illegal target.

BIZARRO RANGED COMBAT EXPERT:#When Bizarro Green Arrow is the target of a ranged attack, you may give Bizarro Green Arrow an action token to modify the attacker's attack value by -2, its damage value by -2 or both combat values by -1.
And, if BGA was on one of his STOP clicks, that would be ignored too? (Assume crit-hit was rolled if on click 5)?
For sake of argument, if BGA WAS NOT in the PW but adjacent to the ONLY fig in the PW, BGA becomes the target of a Single Target PW, Correct (and therefor cannot use Bizarro RCE)?

No. A STOP click reads: When this click is revealed due to damage taken from an opposing character’s attack, stop turning the dial. This power can’t be countered or ignored.
Since it can't be ignored, pulse wave won't ignore it.

Others covered the STOP click portion pretty well. However, in that scenario, nothing on BGA would be ignored as he did not have a line of fire drawn to him.
So while he would be the sole target, his powers would not be ignored.

Ok so far So good what about this last part? For sake of argument, if BGA WAS NOT in the PW but adjacent to the ONLY fig in the PW, BGA becomes the target of a Single Target PW, Correct (and therefor cannot use Bizarro RCE)?
EDIT: answered by Wolverazio. OK gotcha

If bga is adjacent to a character in a PW but not in it himself he becomes the target but none of his power or abilities are ignored. If he is within the pw then all of his powers and abilities are ignored except his STOP. cause STOP can't be ignored. Note that his STOP is also toughness so he can reduce pw while on those clicks.

A second reason it wouldn't be ignored(even if the PW did turn off his RCE thing); If ignoring a power would cause it to not be ignored, then it is not ignored.
This is more likley to happen in a situation where someone uses perplex to perplex up range of a character who needed the perplexed up range to pulsewave them.
