If you use pogs in your team and they have an attack and damage value, can they actually attack?

I had a judge rule on me that they couldn't, but after reading the rules again, I saw no such limitation.

They are just another figure like every other figure... with a couple exceptions. 1) They only have one click of life, and 2) Most of them do no damage. They can attack, but most of them won't do anything unless you roll a Critical Hit (a 12). Of course, if you roll a Critical Miss (a 2), then you just KO'd you pog.

A small few, like the Policeman pog, do manage to do a click of damage. I played in a tourney one time fielding the Policeman pog. The funny thing was, even though he did damage, and in one game even managed to KO one figure that was on his last click, only one opponent bothered attacking him. Their attitude was, "He's only one click, why bother wasting an action on him?" That makes them great tie-up figures in my mind. Do you want to waste 4 clicks of damage on a one-click-of-life pog?

Anyway, they can attack and are legal figures. Just fewer clicks.
