Finally an actual usable parademon that I can actually use with Darkseid!

45 points of BOSS. Set them up right, and the swarm charges in for escalating penetrating damage because of pushing onto Empower while acting as Plasticity tie-up. As if that somehow weren't enough, these things can carry your big hitters like Kalibak and Darkseid into battle like warponies barring Battle Fury.

Definitely combos better with SLoSH Darkseid than with the JLSG Darkseid.

It's difficult to eclipse the Parademon bystander for the cost, but this version could come in handy in higher builds.

Mainly a carrier and support piece for Darkseid, with only one move and attack power that can ignore reducers. Not sure if that is worth 45 points.

Considering that one move and attack you're talking about is a 10 attack/3 damage hit...I think they're easily worth it.

He works great with the Darkseid from Crisis.

The Apokolips Rising trait will always have a place on appropriately keyworded teams. The main drawback of this dial is that it doesn't provide the offensive potential of the other similarly-priced Parademons (lower damage potential, no ranged attack) and also lacks Willpower to help with both taxi and offense. I'd recommend adding only enough to a force to help in early deployment of (other, more threatening) fliers, but keep them positioned such that the SMWW004 Parademon can offer them up as Mastermind fodder (for the more threatening figure).

These guys are great and deserve more than 3 stars!
